Aurora Health Organization

Introduction

Aurora Health is a nonprofit organization for integrated health care provider in eastern Wisconsin in the United States. The organization has 13 hospitals and 100, as well as the second largest network of retail pharmacies in the state. It offers a full range of health services, including treatments for cancer, neurology, cardiology, elderly services and the health of women. Aurora Health also operates the second largest network of retail pharmacies in the state. Founded in 1984, the company has 1,820 field staff. With its innovative fast clinics, Aurora Health offers a quick, convenient and affordable treatment for common illnesses in the family of pharmacies, supermarkets, shopping malls and Wal-Mart. The mission of Aurora Health is to promote health, prevent disease and provide state of the art diagnosis and treatment when and where it is necessary to better meet the needs of individuals and families. Aurora Health uses CA Spectrum Network Fault Manager (NFM) and eHealth CA Network Performance Manager (NPM) to control about eight thousand network devices, and it is important to capture the presence and performance indicators. Solutions that simplify the management failures through root cause analysis and help to maximize throughput. With greater visibility into their networks has allowed Aurora Health Care in order to maintain availability of 99.97 percent? This helps organizations to improve access to personal information of patients and provide better quality service

Research Design

The research is based on secondary data collection. The data is extracted from various articles, books and journals. Secondary research describes information gathered through literature, publications, broadcast media, and other non-human sources. This type of research does not involve human subjects

The research approach used is qualitative. Qualitative research is on the subjective area as compared to quantitative research and employs very dissimilar processes of gathering information which could be both primary and secondary. As already mentioned this study chooses the secondary method. The nature of this type of research is exploratory and open-ended.

This type of research is frequently high-priced as compared to surveys and is exceedingly efficacious in gaining information. It is frequently the method of choice in instances where quantitative measurement is not required

Cost Benefit Analysis

Many factors have contributed to the rising costs of regulatory programs at Health care organization which includes the following:

Increased number of drug submissions;

Greater complexity of products produced;

Increased number of requests for approval of medical devices;

Changing environment for the verification of compliance and enforcement (or increasing globalization, fragmentation of the supply chain and increase scientific and technological sophistication of products);

Changing environment for supervision (or increase the number of products on the market that require constant monitoring and control) and

Increased interest in openness and transparency.
