Business Communication: Appreciation Letter

I received an Appreciation Letter from one of our Associate concern company. Main purpose of this letter was to extend the long-lasting relationship with our company. Format of letter is quite conventional in nature as all text is aligned in same direction with proper name, contact address, and designation of contacting person (Gerson, 2007). The letter has been written by senior managerial layer coordinator of the company.
