These will be accomplished by supplying high value service, which will boost the costumer satisfaction as one of the most important parameter in the recurring purchase in the service sector commerce.

Company Ownership

HAIRY DOG CARE Company will be owned four individuals in terms of partnership. Each of the partners will assist by the identical share of required investment for enterprise start-up. During the first four years the business will not offer any portions either to external parties or its employees. However, the designed expansions of the business in the future will come by added investments that will be generated from selling shares at the supply market.

Company Structure

HAIRY DOG CARE will consist of two types of services. Basically we will provide part time Hairy Dog Care (8 hours service) and full time service (24 hours service). Through the first kind of the service we will provide an opening to the customers that need a every day part time care for their pets (while they are working). This service will be the prime focus of our business throughout the reduced time of the year (February - Jun, October - 15th of December). The second kind of the service will be focus on persuading the need of our customers throughout their holiday times and supplying a full inn service to their pets. The aim of this service will be on high season (16th of December - January, July - September).

Location and Facilities

All facilities of HAIRY DOG CARE will be located at the area "xyz", which is an area of Skopje poorly populated, but relatively close to the center of the city (3 kilometers). The infrastructure is well established in this area since there are gas stations and inn - Alexander castle currently built. The locality is furthermore attached to the freeway that presents added worth to our customers in periods of time and cost needed for traveling, no residential localities and no schools in the beside surroundings. These were recognized as rudimentary obligations for introduction of a favorite care service.

Our facility will be established on 900 m2 of land, of which 221m2 will be the genuine building and the rest will comprise the yard.
