We are committed to the development and growth of our customers with regard to the process of accounting and financial information. Our main focus is to turn SME into big business through top notch financial consultancy.

General Objective

Create a company of accounting and financial advisory services for small enterprises with technology and knowledge needed in this area, which will achieve economic and social development of these companies.

Operational strategy

Hire the dedicated and young staff for providing the financial services. This young staff will be over looked by departmental head that have over a decade experience of financial consultancy and audit services. The cost structure will be based with the emphasis on the size of the company and work. We are here solely to earn money through catering the niche of SME which needs customized support in financial and accounting consultancy. Los Angeles is home to many SMEs but they have to resort to big audit firms to get their things done. Our service will reach the SME in a customized fashion, letting them to breathe easily in face of competition from bug players. We went to this sector because it found a large variety of businesses that have no knowledge of accounting management and this will allow us to perform significant progress in the development and growth of these businesses as well of families who depend on them. In this way we will contribute valuable to the municipality to improve the quality of community life (Holtz, 1994).

Background In most industrialized economies the majority of the population works in the services sector and the signs are that this trend will continue well into the future. The most common services are the maintenance and repair of appliances, transport, travel agencies, tourism, leisure, education and health. Among the services for companies are the programming information, legal advice and accounting, banking, accounting and stock trading and advertising. Services, unlike products, are intangible assets.
