Career Development Plan

Abstract

As we know that, technology is advancing day by day. Each day brings new ideas and revolutions and, with the advancement of technology, there are also several risks associated with it. Technology is reshaping our lives, and we are dependent on technology. Individuals have to select their careers and goals according to modern era. That is why, I am writing this paper to present my perspective goals and ambitions. Somehow, good planning is not only give idea to achieve our goals and future needs and demands but, it helps to dream best for our future. Future goals and accomplishments are mandatory in each individual's life and without, proper planning man is incomplete. If there is no proper planning in individual's life then, life is like an ice placed on an oven.

Career Development Plan

Introduction

Globalization and economic development throughout the world have made some targets for humans to achieve each day. Companies are targeting those employees who are skillful and, have all the potentials to deal with competencies. That is why each company has training and development programs to train their employees, according to their demands but, companies focus on those employees, who are already skilled in many ways. The first and foremost aim of each company and industry is to meet the customer requirements. These requirements are fulfilled by their skillful employees.

Discussion

Companies do not want to loss such employees who bring profit to the entire organization that is why employee must be skillful (Ball, B., 1997). In order to be skillful, employees tend to focus on their career planning because, proper career planning will guide employees to complete their goals and, ultimately beneficial for company.

There is the requirement of self evaluation for each individual therefore; I have thought to develop my career plan in order to accomplish my certain goals and desires for future McGuire, G. (2008, September 19).

My plan

I have made a plan in which I would like to start with my basics because; I think that revising basics is always a good starting point. I may also take advices from any former colleague of a certain organizations and, experienced personnel. I am thinking to take advices from managers and directors because, it will guide me in a proper way to focus my career growth and, plan. The advices from senior managers and, directors help me to follow a straight path without any mental disturbance and, opinions from other people may guide me wrong. I have started my career planning from a month ago. I have missed a job because of having inappropriate experience and, just college degree. I have notices necessary skills which will bring surety for job in many cases. I have notices that, companies are not just focusing experiences in relevant fields without proper education.
