Introduction

In the current context of internationalization among developing countries, the state's activity is of great significance for the analysis and implementation of development programs. The Government is a key player in the creation of favourable investment climate to attract knowledge assets and innovative business, especially in the field of advanced technology. Thus, the issue of government intervention in promoting the entrepreneurial trade related activities has been a topic of various intellectual and social debates. The state is responsible for create regulatory and business environment conducive to economic development of the countries.

Countries Promoting Entrepreneurship

Few initiatives remain consistent in training aimed at fostering entrepreneurship. Therefore, the Commission makes recommendations based on best practices in China in order to help Member States to establish more systematic strategies for training aimed at fostering entrepreneurship.

A coherent framework: national and regional authorities should establish cooperation between different departments to develop a strategy and clear objectives covering all stages of education. In addition, revised curricula at all levels in order to explicitly include entrepreneurship as an objective of education.

Support for schools: schools should benefit from practical support and incentives to include entrepreneurship in their curriculum through a range of instruments (dissemination of educational materials, funding pilot projects, dissemination of good practice, promotion of partnerships with business support organizations specializing in the implementation of entrepreneurial projects with schools, etc.)..

Fostering entrepreneurship in higher education: training aimed at fostering entrepreneurship should be integrated into various subjects, especially in scientific and technical studies. In this way, students could acquire specific knowledge on how to create and manage a company.

Support for Teachers: essential that teachers would benefit from initial and ongoing training and practical experience. In parallel, it should sensitize school principals, to teachers to have time and resources to plan, implement and evaluate activities.

Participation of external agents and companies: it should promote close cooperation between schools and local community, especially businesses. They should see their involvement as a long term investment and an aspect of social responsibility.

Practical experience: learning by experience (creation and management of student mini-companies through) is one of the most effective means to encourage the spirit and entrepreneurial skills. Thus, about 20% of young people participating in a mini-company activities during high school to start his own company at the end of their studies.

Economic Integration

Economic integration is one of the procedures for countries to adopt for the purpose of increasing business and trade activities. The government must ensure that the phases of the integration are followed for the relationship to be successful in the long term. This process encompasses five phases, with increasing integration at each level. First stage is referred as the free trade area which involves the reduction or elimination of tariffs and other trade restrictions in among the countries.
