American Foreign Policy 

American foreign policy during the early twentieth 100 years may be characterised as a “idealism” as its focuses on Self- concern and idealism which were both motivators of foreign activities throughout the late 19th and early 20th centuries, although self- concern was more of a motivator, particularly in situations for example the Philippines and concepts for example white supremacy, while idealism was present in less situations for example the Moroccan Crisis and engagement in World War 1. Presidents who had very distinct concepts and principles on foreign activities overridden this time span, so counting on the management, overridden this time span, (Boyer, 481) distinct kinds of foreign principle were used. From McKinley, who mostly nurtured about self-interest, to Wilson who only did things in the title of idealism, this time span had numerous leaders who were hardworking in foreign principle in numerous distinct modes that assisted to form the foreign principles we have today.

 Most of the foreign activities throughout this time span have facets that can in one way or another be joined to self- concern as an inspiring factor. Several beliefs furthermore came about throughout this time span that availed self-interest as are against to idealism. One such beliefs was communal Darwinism in the pattern of white supremacy- the conviction that white, Anglo- Saxon Protestants are better types of humans than any other rush or religion.
