Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to critically analyze two academic, empirical articles from the perspectives of Research paradigms, Research Tools and Ethical Considerations. The articles are selected from the area of Education Leadership and Management. For this purpose, the two articles selected are: Technology integration for students with disabilities by Catherine S. Fichten, Jennison v. Asuncion, Maria Barile, Christian Geâneâreux, Myrtis Fossey, Darlene Judd, Chantal Robillard, Christina de Simone, and David wells and Change-linked work-related stress in British teacher by Marie Brown, Sue Ralph and Ivy Brember.

Learning disabilities is the classification of disabilities in the legislation with the most changes. Learning disabilities are difficulties that influence the learning process for many children, adolescents, and adults, affecting their education and adjustment to society. Learning disabilities can interfere with a student meeting his or her intellectual and life potential. Learning disabilities result in unexpected academic underachievement. Learning disabilities may impact the acquisition, organization, understanding, retention and/or use of information. Learning disabilities are complex and go beyond the stereotypical perceptions of the disorder as simply reading difficulties, or letter reversals. Assistive technology (AT) is an essential element of academic achievement for children with learning disabilities. “Technology integration for students with disabilities” paper will be analyzed which stresses the importance of using technology for disabled students

Stress at work is an increasingly widespread phenomenon. Adaptive mechanisms have so far mainly been studied in the framework of work stress considered in general. These studies have enabled to highlight the important role of mechanisms for coping as moderators of the effects of stress on both mental and physical health. Today stress is of great importance because it affects a large number of people and has many implications on the health of sufferers. The attention of experts focuses on stress among other things because it diminishes performance and motivation and can be the source of accidents. Stress is a constant feature of the work, with workplace contributing the major part of a person's stress. The process of job stress involves the response of individuals and groups to the work environment. Whilst at work, some of the happenings are comprehended and interpreted by a person as stressors. Such disruption is most likely to lead to an emotional reaction, which may involve getting into a verbal spat with an insolent customer or uneasy over the assignment of an unfamiliar job. The emotional reaction will further lead to changes in the physical state, which may result in symptoms that include headache and stress over time. Finally, the individual may act in a manner that can either be constructive or destructive. Last decades of the twentieth century witnessed a boom of research about teacher's stress which to date has generated a lot of literature about this.
