Introduction

Evidenced Base Practice in the nursing profession is significantly important for a new graduate nurse as well as an experienced nurse because it gives the opportunity for nurses to research Evidenced Based Practice relating to current policies and procedures implemented at their work place. Evidence-based learning proposes a new model for doing things. It becomes a clinical problem in a question and from that question, seeking references and scientific evidence to support the proposed action. It is a tool for improving practice and care of the people we serve daily. It is a movement to bring a new model of clinical practice, which requires a change in thinking and how to approach the work, which is to apply in practice, those facts whose validity is proven scientifically (Alligood, 2005).

Rationale

This research will provide some new findings about the topic. We did not have developed hypothesis to verify only, so the study would be based on phenomenological approach. Samples would be approached to collect first-hand data. The research would not rely on a set of theory or a limited perspective in mind to proceed towards a conclusion; instead, the topic would be studied with a mind open to all the possibilities. It would explore the subject using primary methodological techniques. Therefore, the study has been done using the qualitative approach; primary technique of data collection, a set of questioners is used. It was designed on primary research method, because, the topic is unique and aims at exploring something new which cannot be made possible without the support of obtaining primary data. Subsequently, the study has been designed in such a way of conducting empirical experiment that will be measured after gathering the reaction or responses of the participants in a shape of unstructured interviews which may be gained only via primary research. Therefore, primary research is more suitable to the research study (Barberio, 2009).

Validity, Reliability, and Applicability

The core of the interview can be useful to validate the information available historical fact, discover previously unknown details, or for different points view of individuals who have not previously been heard. Historical facts are constructed truths generally considered more than facts. Individual perspectives on an event can provide additional ideas into the event, but is not expected to provide the truth about the fact and is not known ever (or perhaps not exist.) Another strategy for collecting historical data and interviews are building their biographies. In short, personal stories of a number of individuals may be used to understand the historical development of a region or institution. The strategies used to record information from the interviews include: taking notes during the interview, write detailed notes immediately after the interview or record it on tape.
