Collaborative and Networked Management Learning

With the constant increase in the number of resources on the Web, access to a resource as well adapted to the needs of a user's preferences that becomes a difficult task. Indeed, tools such as search engines deliver results where the amount of information is such that the user is quickly overwhelmed by information that are not necessarily suited to their uses. Taking into account the user profile becomes a key success factor for most applications. With the Semantic Web, greater accuracy can be added to the research process. The user can navigate through ontology for the right term (ontology helps users in organizing their own knowledge). Information such as the context (e.g., "which expresses the search?", "What is his profession?", "Where is he?", "What equipment he has?") Or the semantic relations between terms (defined in the domain ontology) can be added to interpret the search terms. The search result becomes more accurate. All dimensions of personalization must be taken into account and respond appropriately adapted to a learner: personal data, interests, knowledge domain ontology, knowledge levels, confidentiality of information in the organization of business, technical context, geographical context (Longley, Dennis, et al, 2012).

Learning network

Networked learning is a process of developing and maintaining connections with people and information, merging through network communication (synchronous and asynchronously) so that its objective and purpose is a specific learning. There is a similar concept: "Networks of Practice". The central term in this definition is the connections. It takes a relational approach in which learning takes place both in relation to each other and in relation to learning resources.

CSALT , a research group at Lancaster University, UK, associated with the series of conferences networked learning, networked learning has been defined as "learning in which information technology and communication is used to promote connections: between a student and other students, between students and tutors., among a community of learning and learning resources" (Longley, Dennis, et al, 2012).

G. Salmon wrote in 2001 about "learning is built around learning communities and their interaction, expand access beyond the limits of time and space, but offering the promise of efficiency and expand access. Think about individuals as nodes in a network".

Networked learning can be practiced in schools, both formal and informal. In formal situations the learning achieved through the communication network is provided formally and evaluating all of these interactions by traditional or analytical (Learning Analytics and Network Analysis methodology). In an informal setting, people remain in a learning network for their own interests, for learning "in the workplace" and also for research and professional development. There is literature, books and research articles from the 90's of last century. It's nothing new.

Namely learning network is a basic skill for any knowledge worker today, and that is great for all those who want to earn more than minimum wage.
