Executive Summary

This paper discusses the three important topics of Human resource subject area. These three topics are Workplace safety, Workplace stress, and Workers Compensation. In context to Workplace safety we discussed The possibility of violence towards employees should be addressed in the safety statement. For example, factors like the isolation of employees and the presence of cash on the premises need to be taken into account. Proper safeguards should be put into place to eliminate the risk of violence as far as possible and the employee should be provided with appropriate means of minimising the remaining risk, for example, security glass.

In context to workplace stress, we discussed that millions of workers have been transferred to accomplish tasks that are unfamiliar to them within their companies and wonder how much longer will work. Adding to the pressures faced by themselves and the workers are his new bosses, the production control computer, fewer health and retirement benefits and feel that they must work longer and harder just to maintain their current economic position (Sutherland & Cooper, 1545). Workers at all levels experience greater stress and uncertainty and are constantly updating their resume.

The loss of a job can be devastating, and unemployed workers are exposed to physical health problems, marital stress, anxiety, depression and even suicide. The loss of a job affects every aspect of life, from the time they get up in the morning to what people see and what they can do. Chronic stress is until it transitions to a new post.

In context to compensation paper discusses that compensation is a contribution that the organization gives to each person in exchange for their work. The compensation (wages, salaries, benefits, etc), is the gratification that employees receive in exchange for their work. The administration of the personnel department through this vital activity to ensure the satisfaction of employees, which in turn helps the organization to obtain, maintain and retain a productive workforce (Tim , 69). All these parts will be discussed briefly in the following paper.
