Introduction

Development and evaluation of personnel in the company is one of the major actions that are taken in shaping HR strategy. If we consider that people are the main resource to “attract, retain and optimize” as generators of economic value to the company, the HR manager as a specialist in the management of people is a major figure within the organization (Becker and Huselid, 2006, 898-925). Motivation is a concept with many different meanings, and the issues involved in many sciences, especially psychology and economics (Paauwe, 2004, 112-129). In this paper, we would analyze the role of HR manager in creating a workplace environment that is productive, inclusive and highly motivated.

Strategic HR Planning

-Those are the primary resource on which organizations rely to provide services.

-HR strategic planning incorporates HR management overall strategic plan of the organization, which means that staff will have important roles related to the strategic direction of the organization.

-It is important to strategically plan ways to meet the current and future needs of your organization's human resources and to guide your staff (Becker and Huselid, 2006, 898-925).

Operational HR Planning

-At the operational level, organizations establish management practices to help HR executives and staff to achieve their goals in everyday life.

-Whether it is determining how to evaluate performance or the number of employees that will be needed next year to provide the services you have to plan practices and HR management activities in order to answer this question “Where is our organization going and how does it happen?”

-An operational plan can adequately support staff (Paauwe, 2004, 112-129).

Compensation and Benefits

-Compensation is a vital factor in influencing job satisfaction, although this is not usually considered most important.

-It is more likely that the employee will stay in the organization who has the feeling of having an adequate salary (Becker and Huselid, 2006, 898-925).

Guide for the development of HR policies

-Policies and procedures that your organization has adopted reflect their values and show all the same process to be followed.

-Policies guides the employees to follow a procedure and this knowledge can facilitate them cope with any situation with confidence, particularly difficult situations.

-Laws and labor standards, laws and human rights, laws on health and safety at work

-The provincial and territorial governments and the federal government stipulate the minimum requirements to ensure that the working environment for employees a safe and fair (Becker and Huselid, 2006, 898-925).
