The selective use of management tools in organizations is a classic management in terms of action orientation and implementation undoubtedly helpful in the performance of work. However, the times are gone when a change process follows a period of stability. The change has become a continuous process of organizational development. The constant need for change and further indicates that management as a concept and method now needs a supplement to an organization to success the challenge begins to leaders: leadership is not to simply monitor the compliance of order and structure adapt, or existing structures. Leadership today requires the use of the whole personality, and this means, orientation in the process of permanent change type, identifying existing paradigms to overcome them and thus lead the way by example, the right things to do, rather than doing things right and to follow to lead (Dittmann & Mello, 2007, pp. 524-535).

The Reason for Choosing Toyota

The writer selected Toyota because of the aggressive business strategies, which discussed below. Another reason behind selecting Toyota is the reputation. Toyota, currently among the world's top 3 automotive manufacturers, therefore, studying the strategies of Toyota will help the writer in improving skills. From the day one, Toyota known for quality, therefore, I tried to find out what new strategies Toyota applied in the organization to enhance the quality.

Toyota is in the Nikkei 225 index and listed in late 2007 had the highest market value of all automotive manufacturers. The Fortune Global 500 list of 2008 Toyota placed as the fifth-largest company in the world according to its annual turnover of 239.4 billion U.S. dollars. In the Fortune Global 500 list of 2009, although Toyota is no longer listed (because of the annual report was published after the list) but with a turnover of 203.3 billion U.S. dollars. Toyota is still in 5th place in the world. Toyota now is the most valuable automobile brand in the world and is made ??with a brand value of 58 billion U.S. dollars worldwide in 12th place 2006. Toyota generated over 14 billion U.S. dollars in profits. After financial setbacks in July 2009 was appointed Chairman Akio Toyoda.
