Introduction

Leadership behavior is observed in any group of social animals like Elephant, honey bees, people, etc. Initially, people thought that this behavior as a character was born, and only a lucky few got it. But now it was proved that this character can be developed stakeholders through systematic training (Avolio 2005). In each family the parents play a role in either head or manager and are role Model is gradually transferring such conduct involving their children from childhood. Education begins at home every successful leader.

In the 21th century, when globalization and open businessability between the two countries created an atmosphere of either prosper or perish, the need for a dynamic and effective leadership paramount importance throughout the world. Successful leaders become a scarce resource of any business enterprise. People working in a group need a leader to guide them to success in achieving their goals(Russell 2005). Each group member cannot be a leader. Someone is having an impact on the group and a clear vision to come up with a mission to take the lead.Different people define leadership differently.

Leadership qualities      Leadership does not develop in a vacuum. He comes into existence. When all members of the group decide to follow the instructions (Ryan 2007). A leader supports the harmonious relations with all members of the following impartial attitude and absolute justice, avoiding favoritism and nepotism. Although there is an unequal distribution of power between Leader and his group members, but the leader breathes life into the groupand motivates them toward the goal through its influence on behavior.

Leadership qualities      Leaders use three different kinds of skills - technical, human and conceptual, which are interrelated in practice. Technical Skills relate to human knowledge and ability to work. People skills relate to the ability to build teamwork and work effectively with people (Lewin LIippit 2009). Conceptual skills relate to the ability to think in terms of models, framework and extensive links. In other words, conceptual skills deal with ideas, while the human ability to respect people and technical skills with things.Leadership styles      All social animals like elephants, bees, ants, red, whiteants, people, etc. listen to their leaders, makingresponsibilities. People are under the guidance of their parents in childhood, a teacher in their school years, under the boss in the office for young to retire, and finally under their progeny in the old days until his death (Donald Thompson 2008). Sometimes a person is either under some leader or to act as leader for others. Each leader has his own style functions depending on his / her philosophy, skills and attitudes. These styles can be grouped into the following three types. However, Leaders use these styles in combination than separately, depending on thesituation.

Autocratic or authoritarian style

Leader makes a decision for followers to obey, low morale and job dissatisfaction for slave, but better in emergencies to make quick decisions.Democratic or Participative style
