There are three issues that I faced in this organization. First, an online abuse, and secondly, there are sometimes conflicts between employees on the basis of wages, and, finally, the issue of the lack of interpersonal skills.

The first challenge I face a particularly crucial for such industries as electronics, where the limits of a thin, diminutive of product life cycle, as well as the requirements for next-generation technologies is a constant and insatiable. Several processes, which will buy the product to market much more quickly and competently are essential for the maintenance of a healthy outcome fallout.
