Critical Analysis of Articles

Abstract

The research report is based on the study of the critical evaluation of articles based on the involvement of parents in the development of child learning and cognition, with respect to reviews from the teachers, and the relationship between the home and schools with respect to involvement of family in positive and negative terms. The main focus of this reposts on the cognitive development of a child with respect to his involvement of his parents and family. The research will also focus on the types of researches that are conducted and how these researches have an impact on overall change in behaviour of schools and parents with respect to the child development and learning. Since we are aware that parents play the vital role in shaping the life of the child, followed by schools that provide them with moral and ethical education, therefore, the research will analyse the reviews of teachers that are mentioned in the article and conclude that how the behaviour analysis of students are perceived by teachers. Basically, in this study we try to explore the concept of parental association with schools in growth of child educational behaviour in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on research articles that have presented the researches on these topics and its relation with the home and school relationship. The research also analyzes many aspects of Teaching Evolution and tries to gauge its effect on learning. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for Evolution and tries to describe the overall effect of Teaching Evolution on learning.

Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to critically analys the two articles and study their research methodology and its limitations and merits. The first article is “Parental Involvement in School to Improve Academic Achievement: Primary Teachers' Views” by Aliana F. Abd-Razak N. and Hashima N. Published in the International Journal of Learning. Malaysia. The second article is by Zaoura A. and Aubrey C. “Home-School Relationships: Valuable or Problematic?” also published in the International Journal of Learning. The articles explores and studies the parent's role in the child school development. The cognitive behavior of human psychology states that the parents of the child play a vital role in establishing the prospects and academic integrity in the child attitude and behaviour. Various researches and studies nave created a link between the child academic performances and the behaviour of parents in relation to them.

The researches have stated that the studies conducted during 1950's were more related to the performance of schoolchildren with parental behaviour, social class and parental attitudes to schools.
