Strengths and weakness

Director leadership style holds an authoritarian approach in which the leader has a goal in mind which is fulfilled by the team by taking mutual decisions. The goals achieved through a certain action plan which is directed by the leaders and his team. The leader makes the decision and plans to handle it by meeting the requirements of the situation. The leader is in charge of the taking decisions of the assigning roles to the team members. The leader has all the responsibility of arranging the suggestions of team members. The responsibility of this leader is also evaluation of work if the individual and team members.Since, the directors are strong and task oriented. They also suffer from various weaknesses. They have to struggle for the relational side of leadership as they are more focused on achieving the tasks. They also have the resistance to take control of their ministry as this style of leadership is more focused on working as a team (Korsgaard, Whitener, 2002).

Director leadership style

With a high degree of maturity, when people are willing and able to bear the responsibility, work independently without the help and guidance to the head, it is recommended to delegate authority and create conditions for collective management. The leader uses different means to influence their subordinates, but does this in two ways: by binding or conviction. With the requirement, the leader makes his directive in resorting pressure and coercion on the group. The result of this requirement is based on the dependence of subordinates and reliance caused by the fear produced by physical power, social power, economic power and spiritual power.

Problem solver

One of the basic skills of the leader is his ability to solve problems. The problems are part of the dynamics and everyday organizations, and leaders need to know how to address them and what decisions to make to address them. Problem solving thus relates to decision making timely and correct. That is a very practical aspect of leadership; problems are part of the situations that the leader has to manage. The leader needs to know when facing a problem. How does the leader who is facing a problem (Lok, Walsh, 2005).

Developer leadership

This type of person is able to relate to many institutions and individuals, persuasive, uncertain, with a positive outlook. It has the ability to consult other people and then make decisions. Leadership is an aspect of paramount importance for work and development of teams and organizations, not only for planned organizational objectives, but for the integral development and job satisfaction of achievement for all workers, enabling them to be prepared for changes, have a continuous improvement of its performance and results of work of the organization.
