Introduction

The management of an organization is an important aspect that is derived and shaped by many aspects of organizational behaviour. The management of any organization has great impact upon the success or failure of the organization. The organizational behaviours have direct impact upon the management of the organization and the organizations that can manage their internal environment in an efficient manner can achieve the heights of success and growth among their competitors in the industry. The organizational behaviour is the basic factor behind the success of the organizations. The organizational behaviour is derived by investigating the behaviours of the individual towards their work and circumstances. It also involves the structures of the group and teams, and their attitudes and behaviours with that of the other members of groups and teams within an organization. The organizational behaviour attempts to develop the organizational cultures and the organizational ethics by keeping in view the psychological factors of the employees. The sociological, communication as well as the management behaviours are also developed by analysing the organizational structures and the organizational designs. The organizational behaviours assist the employees of the organization in understanding about the people, with which they interact on the regular basis within the organization.

In today's fast pace of competition, the organizations are required to develop their best organizational structures and behaviours that can have positive impact and effect on the employees of the organizations. The well developed organizational behaviours allow the employees of the organizations to work effectively and allow them to perform their tasks and duties efficiently. The organization of today's era is required to implement a systematic approach by analyzing the factors that can bring positive changes in the organization's behaviours. The overall aim of the organizational behaviour is to develop the effective relationship between the employees and the managers that can assist the organization in achieving human objectives, organizational objectives, as well as the social objectives.

According to Stephen P. Robbins (2003, pp. 190), the organizational behaviour within organization allows the organizations to apply the identified facts and effective factors in order to improve the effectiveness of the overall organization. There are various theories that have been developed regarding the organizational behaviour and the factors that have great impact upon the organizational effectiveness. The organizational behaviour theories most importantly focus on defining the motivational factors, the leadership factors, the prediction and controlling factors. These factors have direct impact upon the behaviours of the individuals within an organization. The controlling factors within an organizational behaviour require to consider the ethical factors. The way the organization controls its employees must not violate the ethics of the employees because this can have direct impact upon the employees' performances. The organizational behaviours have direct impact upon the profitability of the organization.
