Organizational Behavior is the study and application of knowledge about how people behave individually and in groups, in the organizations. It also seeks to identify ways in which individuals can act more effectively. Organizational behavior helps entrepreneurs observe the behavior of individuals in the organization and facilitates the understanding of the complexity of the interpersonal relationships in which people interact. The objective of Organization Behavior is to examine the behavior of people in different situations. It is the understanding of why people behave in a certain way. It would not be appropriate for those charged with the administration, to talk about the behavior of their employees without understanding the causes. It also seeks to Predict, what will happen in the future with the behavior of entrepreneurs. It also determines which employees are qualified, productive and dedicated to their work and which are characterized by absenteeism, delays or negative behaviors in the workplace, in order to find preventive solutions.

It also controls the activities of individuals within the work to develop and achieve goals, and to monitor teamwork. There is a set of forces that affect businesses; they could be classified into four areas: people, structure, technology and environment in which business operates. People: In a company people are part of the internal social system, which is made up of individuals and groups both large and small. There are informal or unofficial groups, as well as formal and official groups. Structure: Define the formal relationship of the functions of the people and business organizations. They require different jobs to perform all activities of the company (Chatman, 1989). Technology: The technology provides the resources with which people work and influences the work done by them. Environment: It is a surrounding in which people work.
