At the organization level of analysis, organizational behavior involves the study of topics for example organizational criminal justice culture, organizational structure, cultural diversity, inter-organizational cooperation and confrontation, change, technology, and external environmental forces. At this grade of analysis, organizational behavior in criminal justice draws upon anthropology and political science (Nahavandi, 1998).
