When doing a meaningful job a person deals with his professional self. This paper examines some initial facts, self-assessment and personal effectiveness which are required at workplace. It helps in understand work situation to determine a person's strengths and weaknesses and to derive suggestions for further actions. I am currently enrolled for a foundation course in Business Management. I believe I posses excellent management skills, as I am able to manage projects by setting goals, prioritizing tasks and keeping a check on the tasks.
