Scope Overview

The scope of the project involves developing the complete parade with its financing, funding, arrangement, execution, and monitoring. The project is the parade per se which is organized for the parade day. The military troops of 6,000 will take part in the parade. There will also be the need to provide the financing for the parade. These troops will also be provided with transportation and after-parade lunch for 9,000. There will be many volunteers available to coordinate the parade. In addition, the military aircrafts that will be showcased will also need to be coordinated. All coordination of the parade is to be provided by the project team and not by the military bases.

The parade will become possible through the funding that will be gathered for the purpose. Numerous commercial and other organizations will provide the funding. The commercial organizations will be provided with a banner and looking stand at the parade. Furthermore, they will also get the coverage from the television channels, radio and the press. Other philanthropic donors will also be reached who will donate for the parade. These will include individual philanthropists, and not-for-profit public event sponsors, like health organizations. In addition, the local food chains will also be approached to provide free food for the troops participating in the parade. However, only one of the food providers will be selected ...
