Should homosexuals be able to marry?

Introduction

The acceptance of homosexual life and legalizing the same sex marriage is increasing all over the world. However, this in no way testifies to any splendor that the liberals could claim for themselves. Having more disadvantages than advantages, this new and absurd institution of marriage that defies traditional norms and scientific reasoning will go on to negatively impact the moral fabric of the American society. The argument in this regard still rages on all over America as one group advocates not legalizing homosexual marriages, while the other demands vice versa. Many threats emancipate from the mere presence of homosexuals in the society such as infections, H.I.V, a decline in the moral values and destruction of family pattern and values. Such an allowance will serve to hurt the feelings of millions of people. Most of the religions like Islam, Christianity and Judaism consider homosexuality as a sin, and there is no room to allow them to engage in such activities. Therefore, the option of marriage is completely ruled out. Allowing homosexuals to marry and legalizing such activities would go way far ahead in hurting the sentiments of the millions who would regard it as offensive behavior, and an attack on the religious freedom of the majority of the people as they will be forced to allot recognition to a relationship that they consider as unlawful. As for the legal system in America, it was derived out of laws in the Christian religious ...
