Introduction

Training needs analysis is the process of preparation of staff development strategy implemented for better corporate job. It is the employee's competency gap analysis; team needs analysis, and the analysis of business strategy. In the short term training needs analysis allows to define competency gaps, i.e. the difference between the current level of staff development, and the level desired. In addition, to answers the question, what action to take to ensure that skills development team. In the long term needs analysis defines HR strategy and potential directions of development. Essentially, a training needs assessment is a process through which a trainer collects and analyzes information, then creates a training plan. This process determines the need for the training; identifies training needs; and examines the type and scope of resources needed to support training.
