Introduction

The purpose of this study is to increase the limits of our knowledge by exploring some factual information relating to the analysis of ethics in nursing. Ethics is defined as part of philosophy dealing with choosing right and wrong decisions that are related to the actions of people. Thus, a basic definition demonstrates the logic in applying ethics to the events of daily life. A question here arises that how do we know a right action from wrong and who judges these decisions?

In this paper, we will conduct interviews and discuss cases in which we will ask the nurse to describe an ethical/moral situation they have experienced in their practice. The cases and interview are presented in the appendices.

Ethics in Nursing

Moral ethical values are an element of protection of individual rights. In nursing, these rules protect both users and the nurse. Ethics governs the conduct involves what is good and what is bad, what is a moral responsibility and obligation, hence that to achieve a successful performance the nurse agrees generally have a moral ethical profile, must be familiar with the basics of ethics and apply them in their daily activities in order to achieve compliance with professional leadership and be consistent with co-workers as they rely on their professionalism.

The practice of ethical and moral values mean to the nurse and other professionals in the health institutions do an activity they deploy technically perfect and ethical disciplines undergo their own profession. Thus, moral ethics and influence the process created to control, manage, plan, diagnose, organizing principles of authority and responsibility to understand the patient's autonomy that is responsible. One of the important ethical values in nursing is communication and respect as elements that allow the practice of the profession. It also emphasizes the role of the nurse in the use and performance within the scope of their profession by taking into account the values and ethics and bioethics to provide better customer service.

Generally, the secret therapy does not seem to be applicable when it comes to minors. The legitimacy of the breach of confidentiality based on the fact that the child is considered unfit to be able to discern right from wrong or make a conscious decision, at least until age 14, regarding his health physical and mental. Since the child is perceived as "being immature and fragile" which needs the support of an adult, in this case his parents or his legal representative, logically they hold all the powers of the person of the child, in lieu of the child. Breach of confidentiality is part of a duty to protect the child, both physically and psychologically, but it is supposed to be, in the words of Crispin, conscript "to persons able to keep secret by showing restraint and caution"(Mark, 1982).
