Introduction

In modern years there has been an increase in the Internalization of markets as a variety of organisations are covering their services to diverse countries of the world in a bid to either flow with the competition existing within its industry, reduce expenditures etc. It is realized by many managers of multinationals today that there viability and profitability of their operations is dependent upon people management practices.

In this paper we will be analysing the case study of Swedco. It is a Swedish organization and has reached to a level of highly internationalized firm. This firm's major product constitutes high technology manufactured products. Company has thousands of employees and many of them are working outside the country. After reading the case it will be easy to assume that there are two subsidiaries of Swedco.

Discussion

A new global economic order to deepen the global and increasing the role of international economic institutions, and highlights a number of structural features. With the multinational companies and one of the most important features of the phenomenon of globalization or economic system of contemporary many of the qualities and characteristics that distinguish them and determined their role and their impact on the global economic system, and most important of these qualities (Hofstede, 1980: 21):
