Healthcare negative or positive:

Health care is perceived to be positive all over the world. The topic of healthcare system has always been crucially discussed. The people of America think that the healthcare system still requires a number of changes to be. People are not completely satisfied with the healthcare policies of US. Among the most vexing problems in American healthcare are the extensively documented disparities in the health services received by racial and ethnic minorities as compared with the majority population.

Healthcare Institutions in America:

The health system of the United States includes all persons and all government and private organizations and institutions devoted to promoting and preserving health. The healthcare organizations were working for preventing and treating diseases and injuries. It also includes all the provisions dealing with the relationship between health insurance, insurance service providers and other involved groups. The relevant provisions deal with the health insurance of the residents basically as a private matter. A universal health insurance is not provided. There is no state health care for residents who are younger than 65 years, only in exceptional cases. In medical emergencies, hospitals are under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) required by law, uninsured or inadequately insured patients also treated in the emergency room when it is foreseeable that they cannot pay the bill.

Impact on people:

As 30 percent of the people of America are still uninsured, the high cost of medical aid is leading people toward personal bankruptcy. It is highly affecting the people as people cannot afford to buy policies that easily. Another impact of that people who are insured through their employees have a threat that if they leave the job, they will have to buy a policy.

On the other hand, this insurance provided by the employer has been an added benefit to the people, as now they either get the insurance for free or they get it on discounted rate.

Implication:

The general American population is aging, placing demands extreme on the social security system, and lack of emphasis on health preventive costs the government billions of dollars in assistance to poor. The solution suggests that the international scene is the implementation of universal insurance system, with emphasis on prevention rather than emergency treatment for marginalized populations. A management structure of private systems would also be indispensable to reduce inefficiency and high costs of medicine Private. Unfortunately, until the United States is not willing to implement health models that have been successful around the world and consider a change of strategy at the national level, health problems will continue.

History:

In the American health insurance doctors were not initially very popular, because of fears that they might act down the prices. During the Great Depression of the 1930s, they recognized in many workers and doctors and hospitals, the benefits of health insurance, since not many residents had money enough to pay for a doctor in case of emergency to be able ...
