Introduction

Leadership is the ability of a person to deal with the circumstances, occurred in the processes with the strength to manage the people by conducting such behavior, which seems to inspire for all. Leader is not the boss but the personality which enables you to follow him. The quality to lead others makes the person different. Sometimes the quality is God given and sometimes it is developed through reliable methods. Many terms have been used to define the styles of leadership, but perhaps the most important was the description of the three basic styles: autocratic leader, the participative leader and the leader of free rein . A leader autocrat assumes all responsibility for decision making, initiates actions, directs, motivates and controls the ratings. The decision and gluttony are centralized in the leader. one may consider that only he is competent and capable of making pivotal decisions, one may feel that their subordinates are unable to guide themselves or may have other reasons to take a strong position of power and control. The answer is ordered subordinates obedience and adherence to its decisions. The autocrat observes the performance levels of their subalterns hoping to avoid deviations that may arise with respect to their guidelines.

To have a holistic view of my leadership management and style, it was imperative to take suggestions and evaluations from third party. To achieve this purpose, the paper is an account of the observer's perception and judgment of my leadership style, how I perceive an ideal leadership management, and my leadership development plan.

LPI Feedback from Observers

The leaders understand them well and know what they can do. The inspiring capability of the leader determines his capability to work as the one who make people understand him. Leader understands the overall strategies going on and makes people understand how to work on them. The person who has the quality of leadership is not the stagnant one; the trait enables him to pursue growth at every moment. Leaders seek improvement in every work they do. They know when to communicate and when to motivate their followers. When someone has been assigned the responsibility of leadership and the appropriate authority and the task of achieving the goals leader works with and through his followers (Zaccaro, 2001). The leaders have shown many different approaches on how to comply with their responsibilities in relation to his followers. The most common approach to analyze the behavior of the leader is to classify the various types of existing leadership. Styles vary depending on the duties that the leader should play only the responsibilities that his superiors want to accept and his philosophical commitment to the implementation and fulfillment of expectations of their subordinates (Zaccaro, 2001).
