Occupational Therapy

The Occupational Therapy is a form of therapy that deals with the execution of specific operations and their impact on man and his environment. Impairments can be treated by the selective use of individually meaningful activities. It takes the personal and socio-cultural significance of the activity, its impact on health and their interactions with the environment on high priority.

In occupational therapy, the activity areas self-care (eg eating, dressing), leisure (for example, play, meet friends, handicrafts) (eg write an essay, cleaning windows) and productivity differ with each other.
