Introduction

The personal and professional development leads towards the approach of self management in the form of acquisition of learning approaches in the field of education. In this regard, the life long learning process would be encouraged as there is no restricted age for learning an individual can learn and adopt various approaches while enhancing the self learning that was acquired by individual. The self managed learning would be evaluated in the form of large and small group activities that were presented in classroom. The skills and competencies as a student of education would be incorporated in the self learning approach. However, the there were certain activities that need to be developed as to present my abilities and skills in classroom presentation.

The personal development plan would leads towards the acquisitions of aim in life as my aim in life was to become a teacher and incorporate my abilities and skills to the students in the classroom. As a student of education there were certain strategies and approaches were acquired in the form of teaching strategies in classroom. The styles that were acquired for effective communication would be feasible for the classroom presentation and the communication skill would be effective in the field of teaching. There were several problems that would be encountered with the teacher and the teacher should have resolved the issues that needed be addressed and resolve with the students in the classroom. There would be time management strategies that were useful in overcoming the problems encountered in the classroom approach of teaching.

LO 1.1 Self-Managed Learning Approaches

The personal and professional development of an individual would be based upon the self managed learning approaches that were administered during their job role. Self managed learning is the management approach that was acquired by the leaders in the organization (Blackpool, 2014, pp.3). In this regard, in the self managed learning the teachers, academic coordinators and the head of the faculty needed to acquire the key results on the part of students, they have to acquire the advance technology approach in the field of teaching. However, the teaching faculty was collectively responsible for the progress of the students in the classroom. The strategies that were acquired in the field of teaching the students in classroom were based upon the self managed learning approach.

In education teachers have acquired their own style and method of teaching however, the teacher has acquired the teaching strategies that were feasible for the students in classroom (Bennett, 2014, pp. 27). The personal and professional development can be acquired in the field of teaching as a faculty member when the teacher delivers the presentation or the class lecture they have managed their learning as they deliver their learning in classroom and identified the understanding of students while acquiring the teaching strategies among students.
